Born from the roots of Latin American coffee traditions, Paz y Quetzal was created to celebrate heritage, creativity, and connection.

Our mission:

“Rooted in coffee and culture, Paz y Quetzal creates spaces where creativity fuels community — reinvesting our craft into artists, storytellers, and the preservation of culture.”

We believe coffee is more than a drink — it’s a bridge between people, stories, and generations. Each cup honors the farmers and regions that cultivate our blends, while also supporting a new generation of creators through our Cultura Creativx Fund, which reinvests a portion of profits into independent artists and community projects.

Paz y Quetzal also believes community awareness is essential. Throughout the year, we choose to support different causes through consistent percentage-based givebacks — for example, 5% of proceeds go toward immigration relief efforts, while during the holiday season, 10% is dedicated to the Cultura Creativx Fund and 20% supports food pantries to help provide meals for our neighbors in need.
